FAQs

What is Auricular Acupuncture?

Auricular Acupuncture is the stimulation of Acupuncture points on the external ear surface for the treatment of an assortment of health conditions. The ear holds a microsystem map of the body, which means an acupuncture point on the ear can treat another area of the body.

What is Community-style Acupuncture?

Community-style Acupuncture is held in a group setting rather than one-on-one. This allows the Acupuncturist the ability to see multiple patients in a set period of time.

Relaxing music plays in a open room creating a comfortable atmosphere, while the patients each have a seat and sit together for the duration of their treatment. The treatment usually takes about 20 minutes, sometimes longer depending on how many people are receiving treatment, but a patient may choose to stay longer.
