Tai Chi Class



Qigong (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese martial art and energy work that is designed to improve physical, mental and emotional health. Qigong uses a combination of breathing, meditation, and rhythmic movements to circulate your body’s energy, or Qi (chee), throughout your body. This gentle exercise can be done sitting or standing, and has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, increase clarity and improve your quality of life.


Class is held by appointment with a $5 suggested donation.
